Fully customized Software-Package for administration and documentation of workflow- and measuring data.
The software works like DICON-BASE or TA-Office but can handle quality-relevant results of several testing methods and will
be displayed as individual records. This can be data of IDECO equipment (e.g. Thermo-Analysis, VAC-TEST, Hydrogen-Analyser,
Temp-Control) as well as data from devices of external manufacturers (e.g. Spectral-Analysis, Heat-Treatment, Tensile- and hardness-test)
Due to the central conflation of many different test-methods, the user gets a quick overview about the production process
of his casting.
Individually adapted add-on routines (e.g. for generation and administration of inspection certificates) can be implemented
into the software according to the users requirements. |
