Melt-Clean
- Effective cleaning and degassing of aluminium-melt.
|
Melt-Clean Systems are used for cleaning the melt of aluminium alloys, i.e. for removing oxides and to regulate the hydrogen content which means to reduce the potential of porosity, for producing casting parts nearly without pores. To reach this, inertgas will flow through a rotor into the melt, the gas hand out very fine and so the contamination is solved out of melt. By the fine gas vesicles the melt remains in a state of rest.
Melt-Clean Systems can be adapted to the local needs / furnace and manufactured customized. |

The installation of the equipment takes place locally, in the respective enterprise, with appropriate briefing and training of the service personnel by IDECO GmbH. A certificate and a seal is always provided with installation and regluar-service. During regular-service the devices will be maintained, controlled and adjusted if necessary. |
