By using a novel ceramic based material, one can measure hydrogen concentration in alloys. An electrochemical Sensor provides the signal which varies purely as a function of hydrogen partial pressure (pH2) and temperature. It can be used for spot checks and even continuous monitoring. The software is easy to use – all the data from multiple analysers and probes can be searched via melt code, probe and lot number. Even a graphical or spreadsheet report can be generated. |
